Delta Group is looking to fill a full-time Research Analyst position. 

Responsibilities:

• Place calls to various facilities and record specific results.
• Conduct Asset Checks, Locates, Desktop Activity Checks, Document Retrievals, Employment Verifications, Employment Status Checks, Employment Screenings, Database Searches, Criminal History Reports, Driver’s License Checks, Backgrounds, Court House Research, Social Security Verification and Hourly Investigations
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
• Reviews files, records, and obtain information to respond to request
• Perform data entry efficiently
• Research pertinent information internet searches
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential material and information and doing so with discretion

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:

• Investigative Research Experience
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent English and grammar skills, written and verbal
• Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must be organized
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to remain in a seated position for extended periods of time
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
• Must has reliable internet connection
• Must have mental dexterity with ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, and mouse

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Band: $15 - $20 per hour DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm EST or 9am – 6pm EST
